STOP: Are You Ordering a VIN or HIN Plate?

Federal law (18 U.S.C. § 511) restricts who may duplicate a vehicle identification number. To process your order, we require an uploaded copy of official written authorization from your state's motor vehicle or law enforcement agency, such as a State Police Inspection Report, a DMV-issued VIN Authorization Form, or equivalent documentation specific to your state. We cannot accept orders based on a title or registration copy alone.
